I think I'm a Republican!
But I couldn't resist this postcard in England and have to say how much I like the Queen and hope her Aussie trip isn't too tiring for her.
Hey Chris, belated welcome home.....Republican or Monarchist, I think the Queen is a woman to be admired for the job she has done. A life not chosen but thrust upon her, she has carried out her duties with great dignity .........an example to all.
Pretty amazing at her age to be travelling so far, obviously in comfort but still a tiring journey for anyone.
I too am not a royalist but the alternative for us Brits is just not good....someone like Blair or Cameron as president. YUK! Think I'll stick with the queen xxx
