A weekend in Hobart No 3 son gave me a voucher for my birthday. After a hectic week we decided to head for Hobart. Arriving late, we booked into our hotel then Walked on the docks to find a restaurant. The Blue skies proved a good choice. Our meals were fantastic. Sunday morning, we decided to check out the farmers market to meet the Gourmet Farmer. We purchased some pork and fennel sausages and free range organic bacon plus some honey, walnuts and bread. Then we visited our eldest son and his family. Nick made great pizza for lunch and we all had great fun together. A shocking trip home through heavy rain but feeling so happy to have a weekend of fun and family. Oh and we did visit a gallery!! Tassie has such seriously good art. |
