Yummy nectarines

I hope you like this recipe:

Cut nectarines in half removing stones
Bake very slowly 1 - 1/2 hrs

Whip 300 mls cream then fold in a small natural tub of yoghurt, place  in a dish and sprinkle 3/4 cup brown sugar on top then refrigerate.

After a couple of hrs the sugar is like syrup.
Serve over the nectarines making sure the syrup is on each serving - so delicious

  2. yummo! i would love to grom nectarines at my place but im not sure if the would survive a brisbane summer... at the moment i only have lemons and limes!
